Introduction:
Join ENTRUST’s Power Generation group as a part-time or full-time Sr. Consultant focused on supporting steam turbine outage activities. This position offers remote and hybrid schedule options with travel required for on site support.
EN Power Generation offers independent third party engineering solutions to global power providers and plant operators. Power Generation's service offerings cover conventional and renewable power, as well as compliance, encompassing plant conceptual design through operation and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as an Owner's Representative, Field Engineer, or Technical Advisor on-site, providing invaluable support for steam turbine outage activities for power plant owners and operators. You will be responsible for offering detailed reporting and documentation of site and vendor activities to ensure transparency and accuracy. Additionally, you will support outage planning remotely when needed, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to project success. Regularly interfacing with ENTRUST turbine and generator engineers will be a key part of your role, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Your technical expertise in overhaul practices, NDE inspections, outage QA/QC, and troubleshooting steam turbine and generator equipment will be essential, ensuring high standards and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of field experience, or related experience, supporting steam turbines
Ability to travel and work on client sites for extended periods of time (such as major steam turbine outages)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree
