We are seeking a resourceful Junior Executive Administrator (EA) to support a dynamic front office and Leadership team for a Program Office (PMA) at NAS Patuxent River. The role is on-site every day of the work week. The EA will provide general administrative support, respond to information requests, and perform clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The position supports the PMA Government Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at NAVAIR in Lexington Park, MD, as well as providing general administrative support to the Operations team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage front office scheduling, calendar management, and conference room scheduling
Review and route correspondence
Provide support to the PMA operations team for meetings, briefs, and action tracking
Assist with access control and escort support
Develop briefs and coordinate with IPT leads on programmatic inputs for leadership
Conduct research and prepare statistical reports for Requests for Information (RFIs) or taskers in coordination with the Ops Lead
Schedule site visits for leadership as needed
Assist with scheduling meetings, dial-ins, and conference calls
Schedule check-ins/outs with leadership for incoming/departing personnel
Arrange staff participation in conferences and meetings as needed
Prepare slides for weekly Executive Leadership Team meetings
Assist with completing additional taskers from PEO (U&W)
Prepare materials for All Hands meetings (agenda, awards, hails, farewells), and provide support for Operations events such as All Hands, training events, etc.
Coordinate with PMA leadership to facilitate PMA functions
Answer and disseminate calls for PM, DPM, and PMA staff
Coordinate with PEO (U&W) to manage schedules and availability for staff and briefs requested by the Admiral
Schedule conference rooms for meetings
Attend weekly calendar reviews and work closely with leadership to maintain a clean calendar
Prepare travel for the Executive Leadership Team and provide backup travel support for PMA using Defense Travel System (DTS)
Submit country clearance forms in APACS for foreign travel
Submit Base Access requests in BASICS and visit requests in DISS
Submit parking requests to the Pentagon as needed
Escort un-cleared personnel and visitors as required
Maintain an Administrative Assistant guide and Standard Operating Procedures for the front desk
Assist the Deputy Operations Analyst with inventory and office supplies
Retrieve tasks from ETMS 2 and distribute them to appropriate personnel
Use the Navy Reservation System to ensure seating availability for PMA staff
Organize and maintain Teams files for Operations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of zero (0) to three (3) years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Teams, proficiency in other O365 tools is preferable
Aptitude for learning new digital tools and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
- High school diploma/GED

- Associate's Degree

Must be a US citizen
Ability to Obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50000 to $70000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
