Job Title: Employee Relations Manager
On-Site with Hybrid Opportunities
Job Summary: The Employee Relations Manager will work collaboratively with the local HRBPs and management to support and maximize employee performance, provide guidance, and manage all employee relations issues. Employee Relations Manager are strategic advisors who bridge the gap between human resources, employees, and management. Helping to attract and maintain top talent, improve employee productivity/engagement, and achieve the organizations goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Experience:
Five (5) years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of three (3) years in Employee Relations.
Healthcare Human Resources experience, preferred.
Computer skills required.
Education:
- Bachelor of Administration in Human Resources, preferred.
Licensure/Certifications:
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
AB508 Workplace Violence Prevention - Part 1, due within 30 days from hire.
