ICONMA, LLC Deal Strategist / Commercial Manager in United States

This role is highly customer, partner and sales facing yet relies heavily on your ability to execute and transact. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and operations background and be a proven collaborator across multiple stakeholders and be able to manage multiple opportunities/transactions. Overall Responsibilities: Facilitates alignment and communication between cleint’s Sales Teams, internal stakeholders Support Sales and Partners, both internal and external, with contract interpretation, negotiations and administration of client’s licensing and service agreements including award letters, amendments, extensions, renewals and new business. Validate all aspects of contractual packages for accuracy and compliance with client’s Business Practices Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Minimal years of experience - 7 years Experience in a commercial agreements or pricing environment Stakeholder management and expectation setting Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical communication skills Experience with Salesforce. Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem solving experience, combined with strong business acumen Self-starter with strong agency, ability to critically think and effectively execute on various transactions throughout the sales cycle.
