Key Responsibilities

On-boarding

  • Manage the New Starter & Leavers process to track joiners/leavers and ensure all new starters are booked onto appropriate intro sessions

  • Assist with conducting welcome meetings to new starters giving overview of benefits and Workday

  • Inform managers of end of probation date and raise end of probation letters where appropriate

Audits, Compliance and Administration

  • Assist in uploading documents for internal and external audits

  • Assist with visa applications and documents as required

Employee Relations

  • Address general associate queries via the CPE inbox and face to face, escalating if and where appropriate

  • Process necessary internal job change and leavers documents

  • Where appropriate conduct exit interview meetings and update Workday

Benefits & Payroll

  • Ensure Associate Workday records are updated to reflect benefit elections, opt outs or changes in line with payroll processing

  • Maintain the Childcare Voucher portal and monthly payroll cycle

  • Maintain the WPA (private medical) portal with updates as necessary

  • Maintain the Bikes to Work benefit for monthly payroll cycle

  • Manage the monthly payroll processing cycle alongside Payroll team

Systems & Reporting

  • General HR Workday administration

  • Conduct 1st line troubleshooting for HR system issues and queries

General & Administrative

  • Liaise with Purchasing department on raising of Purchase Orders through Workday for invoices relating to employee benefits or as requested by CPE team

  • Liaison with Purchasing department on new supplier approvals through Workday

  • Liaison with Finance department on payment queries from supplier

  • Associate reference requests

  • Maternity/Paternity discussions and appropriate system updates
