ManpowerGroup Client Solutions Director in United States
Purpose
The Client Director is responsible for leading profitable growth of one or more ManpowerGroup industry verticals. The Client Director leads the relationship with industry clients, consulting on workforce solutions to improve their business results. Directs a dedicated pursuit team and collaborates with other brand subject matter expert/sales teams to identify opportunities, draft solutions, and drive them through to a win.
The Client Director requires someone who is a proven talent solutions sales expert with an extensive and current contact base. They must be able to think and function independently with minimal direction, always keeping the objective of increasing sales and revenues as their primary focus. Additionally, the Client Director will be responsible for providing input into internal resource needs, hiring, onboarding and developing those resources, and keeping their team focused, directed and accountable to achievement of established goals.

• Translate NA Sales strategy and priorities into a clear industry and growth strategy.
• Develops and executes on a sales, delivery and retention strategy for the market that results in a predictable pipeline and growth results aligned to profitability targets.
• Consistently increases market share within targeted account/s.
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the client/s; their skill set needs, products and services, culture and company initiatives and how they buy from us.
• Uses knowledge of client business cycles and industry activity to anticipate change, mitigate risk and ensure ManpowerGroup remains relevant as a talent solution for the client.
• Targets and engages in relevant networking opportunities that drive connections and promotes ManpowerGroup’s brand in the market and within their account.
• Inspire and influence a pursuit team made up of brand experts and sales professionals to capitalize on opportunities in the industry and ultimately win new opportunities.
• Aligns internal sales and delivery resources to achieve the account plan.
• Elevates ManpowerGroup as a talent solutions expert in the account.
• Manages account activity and productivity to weekly, monthly, quarterly KPIs.
• Provides direction, establishes clear expectations and maintains a timely schedule for follow up with the team to ensure accountability.
• Validates sales is effectively qualifying opportunities and gaining commitment from clients.
• Ensures recruiting is delivering top talent to meet sales commitments.
• Leads and validates execution of sales and recruiting processes and best practices to ensure quality and compliance.
• Creates a vision of success that inspires and motivates the team.
• Acts as a role model for the team in the development and delivery of creative, meaningful customer experiences.
• Drives a contractor reengagement and deployment strategy to ensure retention of high quality current and former contractors.
• Ensures that teams go above and beyond the expected in delivering the WOW experience to all of their customers (client, contractor, internal).
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
• Gather and utilize market data and analysis to inform short-term and long-term strategies and forecasting.
• Develop customized workforce solutions for clients that meet their unique needs, by collaborating across teams/brands and leveraging the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
• Drive ManpowerGroup’s expertise and growth in focus industry by staying up to date and sharing expertise to intensify the team’s capabilities and knowledge.

Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience within the IT industry and staffing business
• A minimum of 2 years Sales or Office leadership within the IT staffing industry
• Proven ability to successfully lead others and achieve targeted business results for a line of business or territory
• Consistent history of success in hitting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals
• A track record of growing market share
• A proven talent solutions sales expert
