What the day will look like
Management of Corporate Clients, with a focus on 25 key clients across Papua New Guinea
Create, maintain, and strengthen client renewal documentation for high service clients, in the form of: Renewal Information Collection, Renewal Meeting Agenda, Renewal Meeting Presentation, Renewal Report, Insurance Register / Insurance Manual
cooperation with other Aon countries to view best practice, whilst also working alongside Operations, Technology and ABS to see where efficiencies can be created.
This role will also be responsible for executing the communication and implementation of this documentation across the corporate business and ABS.

Continuation of Strategic Account Reviews with PNG CEO, including the tracking of retention on clients undertaking SARs and updating as needed
Work alongside Compliance to understand make up of Corporate E&O’s and investigate resolutions
Identification of Industry Grouped Clients, including working with Finance to identify highest value industry groups including scheme business e.g. Education, Clubs, Agriculture
Identifying N2E opportunities on an industry wide basis and creation and execution of campaigns alongside Subject Matter Expert and Marketing
Delivering Aon United by strengthening Aon United opportunities across Corporate clients
How this opportunity is different
Aon will provide full relocation support including:
Personal Accident Insurance
2 years benefit period

Accommodation as approved by Aon PNG: Company supplied unit (2 or 3 bedroom), All utilities costs, Internet costs
Company supplied vehicle for business and private use.
Company supplied Phone if required.
Travel: K20,000 per annum for flights back to Australia
6 weeks Annual Leave per year
9 days Sick Leave per year
Membership with Royal Papua Golf Club, Aviat Club, Royal Papua Yacht Club.
Schooling Fee support within PNG or outside PNG after year 8 completed.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Previous experience as an Insurance Broker
Demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
Hold Tier 1 Qualifications in Insurance
Excellent client relationship management capabilities.
Experience or interest in mentorship and/or team leadership
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial flair with demonstrated new business success
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience
Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure
