Class A Driver will support the delivery, installation, operation and recovery of Xylem pump equipment on Xylem Service Center sites and/or customer job sites. In this role, the incumbent will also maintain a clean and orderly work site environment to enable safe and efficient movement of workers and motorized equipment throughout the site. • Safe operation of a DOT regulated vehicle

• Secure loaded items on a flatbed truck for safe travel per federal guidelines

• Transport materials from point A to point B

• Maintain a detailed log of hours of service utilize Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) in accordance with state and Federal

• Customer facing, with daily customer interaction

• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.

• Take care of company property

Required:

• HS diploma or equivalent

• CDL, class A with applicable endorsements

• 2 years of CDL experience

• Able to obtain TWIC card

• Mechanical skills

• Has worked without direct supervision

• Technically sound

• Experienced with Microsoft office, including smart devices

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:

• Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen.

• License to drive - valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

• DOT Medical Certificate

In this role , the working environment is intermittent exposure to all outdoor weather conditions; intermittent exposure to shop noise and fumes all within limits of OSHA standards and the physical demands may include but not limited to; heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds; full range of physical motions (standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, twisting, kneeling, climbing) associated with general labor work continually throughout 8 hours. In addition, this role may travel as required to fulfill the duties listed above or as required by the Company and extended hours as needed (weekends, overtime and on-call rotations)

Salary range: The estimated hourly range for this position is $22.00/hr. to $30.00/hr.  Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, endorsements, experience and work location. $39,500.00 - $63,000.00
