As the Business Operations Associate, you will oversee multiple business operations and go-to-market projects, supporting a SaaS IoT platform. Under the guidance of the Channel and Operations Manager, you will lead projects from initiation to close, collaborating with company partners across departments and vendors to ensure the successful execution of all initiatives. Knowledge of Marketing and Sales for B2B companies is necessary for this role.

You Will:

  • Be a project coordinator for marketing roadmaps, user adoption programs, and other special projects in business operations on the commercial IoT platform.

  • Collaborate with different departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans and track progress in project management tools.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to gather feedback on content, messaging, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with platform's end customer value propositions.

  • Help develop marketing and sales guides to guide user adoption.

  • Conduct competitive analyses on channel activities and products, producing regular reports to project partners.

  • Help create incentive programs to boost platform user adoption.

  • Monitor and report on important metrics across sales, marketing, product, and operations to track performance against goals on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Update the Watts Digital dashboard bi-weekly in line with sprint review meetings.

  • Create monthly smart & connected reports in partnership with Finance to track digital platform connectivity.

  • Identify risks and opportunities through report analysis to proactively pivot strategies and seize new market opportunities.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields

  • 3+ years of work experience in project management

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus

  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS and B2B marketing / sales

  • Experience using project management software

  • Experience reporting and delivering insights to stakeholders

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.

Pay range: $70K-$90K plus 10% bonus

Actual compensation withing that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
