$47,972.00 - $67,161.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Responsible for administration/management activities within the Quality Institute. Maintains departmental policies and procedures. Ensures all department reports are prepared and reviewed as needed. Plans, organizes, and coordinates business operations in accordance with strategic goals within the organization. Assists with budgeting, account reconciliation, expense reimbursements, supplier invoices and administrative tasks, while working under general direction. Responds to audit requests and prepares documentation for financial records. Acts as backup if needed for administrative staff, and assist with special projects as directed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides day to day operations and workflow at the administrative level including creating spreadsheets and agendas, sending out communications, supporting leaders as needed. Collect data and use it to create reports submitted to leaders and used to develop business plans.

  • Support finance functions at the department level including distributing, collecting, compiling and/or entering materials for standard reports, budgets, expense reports, etc.

  • Support department resources with human resources functional needs including recruitment efforts, onboarding efforts, performance evaluation, management, compensation, benefits, etc. in concert with Human Resources Business Partners

  • Creates and maintains departmental documents. Collects and provides updates on special projects as assigned.

  • May assist department resources in space planning including office moves, equipment needs, etc.

  • May support entering time for payroll submission and form submissions/approvals in support of time and labor needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administrative, finance, business management or equivalent

  • 1 years’ experience in a business operation or administrative role

  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Adept at learning new technologies to perform data entry, manage calendars, and create reports.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
