Overview
We’re seeking an Associate Director of Finance who will oversee client billing, report account maintenance processes, budget tracking, cash flow projections, and the execution of billing and receivables. You’ll be involved with process improvement projects and ad hoc reporting for business needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Client teams in expediting any inquires/escalations
Oversee monthly client billings
Assist with Revenue Budget/Forecast process
Prepare Client P&L reporting for Headquarters and media directors
Cost-out client fees
Oversee Accounts Receivable updates to media directors and help resolve when necessary
Manage staff accountant(s)
Special projects as required
Understands the use of data and technology to solve problems
Anticipates risks and prepares multiple resolutions

Qualifications
5+ years of professional financial experience
Expert user of Microsoft Office Suites, with advanced Excel proficiency a must
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
SAP and Hyperion experience a plus
Media industry experience preferred

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $125,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
