What's the role about?

As an Area Visual Manager for the West Coast you will be responsible for managing the Customer Environment and delivering a consistent look and feel across all stores and spaces. You will contribute towards driving profitable sales in partnership with the Area Manager, store management and in-store visual support to ensure the brand image and excellent standards are represented in stores.

The role will be based in Los Angeles, overseeing the West Coast region and will report into the North American Visual Manager.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering a customer led store environment

  • Driving store and partner sales and profitability

  • Able to analyze commercial reports, identify and provide effective solutions to problems

  • Delivering a coaching approach through store visits to leave the Managers and Teams with the skills and confidence to deliver visual excellence

  • Acts as the Brand Ambassador whilst in store to deliver wider business focuses

  • Creates a passion in our product which drives the desire to learn new things

  • Organizes and leads Visual training in planned off the floor sessions

  • Drives innovation and creativity through being up to date with the industry/competition

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across North America

What you'll ideally bring to the role

  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in visual merchandising multi-site

  • A passion for premium or luxury product

  • Be able to see things through the customer's eyes

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have excellent organizational and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $66,000 - $80,000

Reiss is providing, in good faith, a pay range listing of the minimum and maximum base salary or hourly wage in this job advertisement.
