Purpose of the Role:
Assist the relationship managers to promote and establish business relationship with existing or new clients
Maximise profit & improve ROA. Monitor and control asset volume and quality.
Monitor and control clients’ credit standing.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote corporate banking products to achieve Net Operating Profit and acquire new clients target.
Assist the relationship managers to plan and set objectives in pursuit of longer-term strategic goals in alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate effectively with Product Offices by leveraging their products and expertise in order to achieve Balance Sheet Optimisation and client satisfaction.
Develop the cross-selling business volume for TB, O&D, forex, derivatives, etc. to maximise benefit of “One MUFG”.
Monitor the performance and credit status of clients periodically and take necessary actions in case of need.
Ensure all actions (including regional KPI) required by the department are completed within the stipulated turnaround times with accuracy & standardisation.
Ensure full compliance with the prevailing regulations (including global operation and compliance framework of 1st line)
Set examples of ethical behaviour and follow all internal controls.
Carry out any additional assignments by seniors and/or Management.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder
3-5 years of experience in corporate banking business and/or professional service firms. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Analyst positions
Strong commercial sense with knowledge in corporate banking products and credit/financial analysis
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good command in MS Office Suite
