Lincoln Technical Institute Admissions - Student Presenter in United States
Pave the way for high school seniors looking to reach a higher level of education in the rewarding skilled trades fields. Lincoln Tech in South Plainfield, NJ is seeking a Student Presenter who will conduct engaging and informative presentations about our programs at high schools within a defined recruiting territory. You will generate high-quality inquiries, inspire the next generation, and foster connections with the local community and high schools.
Responsibilities for a Student Presenter
Arrange high school visits and presentations to promote the benefits of attending Lincoln Educational Services schools.
Develop a visitation plan for consistent customer service to high school faculty, staff, and students.
Provide information to potential students about programs, entrance requirements, and academic standards. Assist in scheduling career planning sessions based on inquiries and referrals.
Make presentations in high school classrooms to current 12th graders to create interest in our programs to genrate leads
Ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and Admissions Department policies.
Use approved assessment, interview processes, and presentations when interacting with potential students.
Promote the school's interest to high school personnel.
Contact students to inform them about upcoming events and foster a relationship.
Organize Bus Tours, Open House events, and other activities for high school students.
Provide timely comprehensive reports to the Director of Admissions detailing weekly activities.
Requirements for a Student Presenter
High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred
Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality are essential
Excellent communication skills to be able to present to groups of students
Prior experience teaching students from grades 8-12 helpful (inlcuding substitute roles)
Must be able to stand on your feet for min 6 hours
Must be able to travel in your car and provide insurance
In certain states, employee must be able to be bonded and licensed as an Admissions Representative.
