Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Seattle, WA location. Responsibilities:
Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes
Open, sort and scan incoming mail
Scanning, saving, filing documents
Stocking paper
Opening & Sorting through returned mail
Watering office plants
Other misc. office tasks
Requirements:
Extremely detail oriented
Fast pace work style
Uses time efficiently
Checks for mistakes
Intermediate level concepts, principles and practices of providing administrative support.
Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe
Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Work collaboratively within a team environment.
High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) years of general administrative support experience required. or Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
