The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Payments Sales Executive to join our Team and focus on selling our embedded payment solution across our established client base. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starter, organized, forward-thinking team member that has experience selling Payment Processing solutions. Government experience is highly preferred.This is a fully remote position.

Job Duties Include:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Cultivate and close identified clients within local government agencies.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to position our advanced payment solution as the optimal solution.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to determine pain points, challenges, growth initiatives and gain a firm understanding of the client’s payments ecosystem.

  • Analyze merchant statements, run profitability models, and develop pricing strategies.

  • and lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations that highlights the key value propositions of our solution.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support.

  • Collaborate across multi-departments to source new ideas, solutions, or opportunities to enhance productivity and earnings.

  • Build consensus on key initiatives across multiple company departments through effectively working with multi-disciplined teams and departments.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling payment processing products and solutions

  • Selling payment solutions into the Government sector is an added plus

  • Selling embedded payment solutions into an existing SaaS client base is an added plus

  • Proven track record with meeting monthly sales quotas

  • Ability to analyze merchant statements, generate and present comparative analysis

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive action

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Solution-oriented and creative thinking skills to evaluate the problem and to drive win-win outcomes

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
