Oracle Principal Consultant – NetSuite Managed Services (ACS) in Uruguay

Job Description

As a trusted advisor, functional consultant, provides consulting and managed services including:

  • Optimization NetSuite ERP, CRM, or NetSuite Connector solutions by scripting, troubleshooting, customizations, configuration and setup of bundles of NetSuite accounts

  • Requirements gathering for discovery, design reviews and fulfilling the requirements

  • Handling of customer concerns based on their requirements and company policies & procedures.

  • Utilizing of customer hours, is proactive in customer’s account

  • Data mapping and management consultation and guidance

  • Building a long-term relationship with customers from C-level executives to front-line administrators with credibility and confidence to be the trusted ERP advisor

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Implementation or Post-Implementation experience in ERP, CRM or NetSuite Connector projects in a functional consultant, administrator, or end-user role

  • Working with Cloud providers in issue and escalation management

  • Software development and associated activities within software development life cycles and methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, product management, order management, international and domestic taxes, NetSuite data fields are essential

  • Basic knowledge of integrations and familiarity with JSON and XML formats since you often have to read responses from REST APIs or web services to interpret the data. Customer-facing and knowledge of ERP processes are a plus.

  • Basic Knowledge of integrations, JSON, XML, REST APIs, and Web Services

  • Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills

  • To be self-directed and motivated
