We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller/Senior Accountant to
manage our financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide meaningful data
insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
financial management, compliance, data analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
• Create profit and loss statements and conduct variance analyses.
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly/annual closings.
- Taxation & Compliance
• Manage tax filings, including GST compliance and corporate tax returns.
• Stay updated on international tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate reporting of import/export transactions, customs compliance, and
currency conversions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
• Develop, maintain, and track budgets and forecasts.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Data Analysis & Visualization
• Use Excel (advanced level) for data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Create insightful Tableau dashboards for financial data visualization.
- Audit & Compliance• Support internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and ensuring data
accuracy.
• Maintain internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
• Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, and Business Development).
• Provide financial insights and reports for business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
certification is a plus.)
Experience
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, and reporting.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, macros, and financial modeling.
• Taxation & GST: Strong knowledge of GST compliance, tax laws, and filings.
• Tableau: Proven experience in creating dashboards and data-driven visual reports.
• Accounting Standards: Expertise in IFRS/GAAP and compliance management.
Other Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
