Job Description

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

About the role:

To provide administrative support to Sales team in order to enhance operational efficiency and also assist Marketing team for some assigned tasks. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload.

How you will contribute:

1.Secretarial administration

  • To support administrative work of salespeople

  • To act as a secretary to Sales Department

2.Sales and marketing logistics

  • To process relevant vendor invoices and prepare payment vouchers for

  • approval

  • To assist in managing local congress sponsorship in which Takeda

  • doesn’t participates through coordinating with both local travel agency and/or meeting organizer for air ticket and train ticket booking, hotel accommodation and any other necessary matters, and academic associations for registration, other related matters, to ensure well-preparedness before the meeting takes place

  • To assist in planning sales meetings and events

  • To contact local publishing company or association for purchasing local journal once request approved

  • To issue purchasing request and request form for xxxx and receives purchasing items as per approved purchasing order from vendors and prepare vendor payment vouchers

  • To contact travel agency, meeting organizer and hotel for sales and marketing internal activities; e.g. doctor-to-doctor program, monthly and quarterly meeting

  • To contact travel agency or meeting organizer for ground transportation arrangement; e.g. car, van for customers as well as company staff

  • To coordinate with Health Consumer Franchise Manager for any activities performed in association with Zuellig Pharma team and issues payment vouchers

  • To coordinate with Marketing Assistant for some assigned tasks to ensure operational efficiency ie. Promotional material submission

  • To work across functions to ensure and enhance efficiency and effectiveness of sales events

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 2 years Pharmaceutical Business is preferred

  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Business Acumen

  • Patience

  • Written Communication

Travel Requirements:

  • Domestic: 2-3 Times/year
