IHG Restaurant Manager - Local in Thailand

  • Manage staff scheduling and payroll costs to optimize labor efficiency, adjusting schedules for emergencies and coordinating with other managers.

  • Maintain records of sales, guest complaints, and personnel or equipment issues in logbooks for reference.

  • Ensure adequate par stock of operating supplies for smooth operations.

  • Provide management with suggestions for improving operations, F&B promotions, cost control, and profitability.

  • Implement control procedures for cashier reconciliation pre- and post-service to manage finances effectively and achieve sales targets.

  • Oversee restaurant and bar service standards, ensuring team adherence to SOPs and guest satisfaction by supervising daily operations, supply management, and service quality.

  • Conduct weekly restaurant inspections, initiate maintenance requests, and ensure cleanliness and equipment sanitation.

  • Participate in menu and beverage list planning, manage food and beverage costs, and maintain accurate par stock levels.

  • Lead daily briefings and monthly meetings to discuss food service aspects with staff.

  • Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring smooth operations and quality service.

  • Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors, enforce safety regulations and house rules.
