At Innomotics AB, we’re now looking for a skilled and motivated Technical BID Manager to join our team and take the lead in delivering turnkey testbench solutions.

What You'll Do ?

As a Technical BID Manager , you’ll be the technical mastermind ensuring our solutions meet customer expectations from start to finish.

Here’s what your role will involve:

• Shape Solutions : Define specifications for components, collaborate with suppliers to find the best solutions, and estimate engineering efforts based on customer requirements.

• Be the Go-To Expert : Lead technical discussions during sales meetings, clarifying questions and aligning expectations with customers.

• Kickstart Projects : Ensure the project team fully understands the solution and customer needs during project kickoff, setting the stage for successful execution.

• Stay Involved : Participate in customer meetings during the project execution phase and validate the solution at design freeze milestones.

• Connect the Dots : Work closely with suppliers, in-house experts, and hardware/software engineers to ensure the overall solution stays cohesive and effective

All in all, we need someone who keeps the solution together with the support of suppliers, our own experts and SW / HW engineers.

What we want you to bring to our table:

• Technical Expertise : A background in automation and/or drive technology gives you the foundation to excel in this role.

• Wide-ranging Interests : You’re curious and knowledgeable about technical areas such as cooling systems, DC technology, and safety solutions. You have safety as a top priority and have deep interest in developing solutions with a background in automation and/or drive technology.

• Communication Skills : Fluency in English and Swedish is essential; German is a plus.

• Solution-Oriented Mindset : You thrive on creating innovative solutions and collaborating with diverse teams.
