You should have:

• Good understanding of the SLO market

• Good connection with the Commercial companies Public Sector a plus

• Knowledge of Oracle Portfolio – a plus –

• Languages: Slovenian (Serbo-Croatian), Eng

Responsibilities

You should:

• Be able to work within a team to develop his market segments executing Oracle Strategy.

• Be able to identify the right tactics to implement a healthy growth into the territory of responsibility.

• Ability to work under pressure with tide and short deadlines.

• Demonstrate commercial experience (sales) having enhanced margins and achieved profitable growth.

• Can think creatively and innovatively and have exceptional influencing skills.

• Been able to identify the customer’s needs,

• Act in a client facing capacity to develop additional work revenues across the territory with new and existing clients.

• Preferable degree in IT Science and best- with a MBA

• Be a proven professional with in-depth expertise within IT and IT services market.

• Be able to demonstrate a track record of profitable delivery and growth.

• Have a network of contacts in the country and industries and be held in high regards.
