Description and Requirements
Having extensive experience in fraud detection and credit operations management is crucial for success in this role. Your responsibilities will primarily fall into two main areas, which will include, for example:
Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategies for credit card fraud prevention and false positive management.
Oversee vendor performance (e.g., Signifyd) and ensure transaction/invoice validation.
Handle fraud chargebacks, and claims, and optimize risk control policies.
Provide reconciliation support for fraud loss claims to AR/accounting teams.
Manage the operation of various payment methods, including fixing authorization/capture/refund issues.
Support the launch and rollout of new payment methods and functionalities.
Manage non-fraud chargebacks and provide reconciliation support to multiple teams for invoice or settlement issues.
Oversee payment vendor management and lead payment initiatives for process enhancements.
Position Requirements:
Language ability is preferred English fluent oral and written
5+ years experience in a relative field or Supply chain
Strategic thinking and solid execution
People management skill
Have a data-driven mindset, and are capable of deep diving and driving changes
Capable of creating new processes and BMS

Base gross monthly salary from a minimum 2600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
