Google Workflow Manager, Google Play, Android, Trust and Safety in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).

  • Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.

  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

In this role, you will work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting topics or content.

  • Utilize policy knowledge and product expertise to implement and execute enforcement strategies.

  • Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational work streams.

  • Lead well-defined projects to resolve complicated abuse and harm fighting and mitigation problems, and build trusted user experiences, with iterative improvements to systems and processes.

  • Develop and pursue solutions to challenges. Consistently evolve operations to help us achieve critical business goals.

  • Review or be exposed to sensitive or graphic content as part of the core role.
