Google Strategy and Operations Lead, Sales Enablement in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

  • Knowledge of the business cycle.

  • Ability to execute cross-functionally and work as part of a team.

  • Excellent networking and influencing skills, with the ability to work across various functions.

  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead for Sales Enablement, you will have the opportunity to work on GBO and Go-To-Market's (GTM) developing and executing strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize key competitive insights, present proposed actions to Global executive audiences to influence product roadmap or enable sellers to drive customer success. You will then have the opportunity land some of these changes by working with Regional Product leads, Marketing, Mastery, and other cross-functional teams to help sellers track, plan, pitch and handle objections better through narratives, pitch collateral, trainings, and more.

  • Contribute to the overall Competitive business strategy.

  • Manage analysis to identify key product gaps to help/work with Regional Product Leads and other Sales Enablement leads to embed competitive Intel in packages, narratives, pitch collateral, training, and other seller activation.

  • Work with Marketing and other Sales enablement leads to identify key claims that will make pitches better.

  • Drive continuous visibility of competitive risks and opportunity to leadership and sales teams.

  • Work with Agency, Sales, Specialists, and other teams to gather feedback.
