We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to partner with the organization’s leadership and People & Culture (P&C) team in Singapore as the catalyst for the deployment of the One Sanofi People Strategy for the company. The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing P&C strategic leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.

As a member of the Singapore People & Culture team, you will be expected to work in close partnership with the business leaders and the rest of the P&C community across the geography. You will be responsible for being the People Excellence partner for our 2 Manufacturing Sites in Singapore – Jurong & Modulus.

Jurong is a forefront facility for pharmaceutical production and formulation in Singapore, featuring two specialized chemical plants dedicated to API production. Jurong's technological capabilities encompass standard and intricate chemistry processes, including granulation and micronization for finishing product operations. Leveraging decades of experience, Jurong excels in the manufacturing of inhalation and injectable APIs, aligning seamlessly with customer specifications. Beyond manufacturing & operational excellence in manufacturing, our commitment is to protect People via creating Zero Incident Mindset Culture.

Modulus is a fully AI-powered site with technology capable of switching gears to produce up to four different vaccines or biologic drugs at the same time. And forget months or years of production change over time. With Modulus, we’re looking at days or weeks. What’s more: The Singapore site, much like its French sibling, prioritizes sustainability.   • Reflect changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to CoE guidelines.

  • Support delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs.

  • Talent Acquisition – Support on-site activities as required in partnership with TA team. Obtain approvals from works council/union where applicable.

  • Talent Management* – Deliver P4G workshops to upskill People Managers. Engage in calibration talent reviews as needed to support 1st line managers. Support employees and managers locally in development advice.

  • Learning – Support on-site learning admin and handle local audit of learning delivery in partnership with Learning COE

  • Rewards and Recognition – Support adjustment and negotiation of collective labor agreements, manage personnel cost/ budget, local plans, and exceptions.

  • Insights – Handle reporting request using local data sources (e.g., local government reports)

  • Org Design and Effectiveness - Implement organizational changes in local systems (if required), manage reorganizations by supporting union/ works council negotiations as well as managing the transition/ exit of people.

  • Employee Relations – Support People Director in liaising with local co-determination bodies and advise managers on employee relations matters & handle cases end-to-end.

  • Mobility - Support on-site relocation, if necessary, e.g., in-person confirmation of employment

  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and process improvement ideas and implementation.

  • Proactively encourage all line managers and employees to utilize ESS/MSS and One Support

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience. International exposure is desirable.

  • Great leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization & ability to represent P&C externally.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
