Meta Global Experiential & Industry Marketing (GEIM) Manager in Singapore

Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and intuitive Experiential Marketing Manager to support our event marketing efforts across APAC. Events range from in-person, hybrid and virtual and the audience includes C-Level, Advertising, Consumer, Creator, Developer for industry thought leadership events, Meta hosted and owned, large-scale Ad Industry experiential events, and virtual events of all sizes.

Required Skills:

Global Experiential & Industry Marketing (GEIM) Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Project manage and produce flawless virtual, hybrid and in person events across APAC in close cooperation with external agencies and Internal Meta stakeholders - on time and within budget

  2. Manage and maintain relationships with the main internal Meta stakeholders in APAC, including offering support for the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team

  3. Work closely with the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team's global and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for event messaging, campaigns, and product launches

  4. Create and evolve experiences that showcase emerging technologies, consistently enhancing programs, and bringing new ideas to the table

  5. Source and manage suppliers, agencies and platforms across APAC to ensure compliance

  6. Work closely with the privacy and sourcing team for finance, procurement and producing legal documents for events

  7. Travel regularly (up to 50% of the time) when needed for site inspections and events

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of relevant experience working in an event management role

  2. Experience across key audiences - brand, agency, consumers, creators and developers

  3. Expertise in project management and stakeholder management. Strong communication and decision-making skills

  4. Experience working collaboratively and juggling competing priorities

  5. Expertise on delegate registration and CRM platforms such as SplashThat and Salesforce

  6. Expertise on virtual event hosting platforms such as Zoom

  7. Knowledge of APAC based regional and local nuance, and venues for in-person events
