Bureau Vertias North America Project Engineer in Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer to join our Power and Utility Department . This role will involve supporting various engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing power and utility projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Technical Support:
Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet project requirements.
Conduct engineering calculations, design reviews, and technical documentation.
Support in the preparation of tenders and proposals.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee project activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Client Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
Address client concerns and provide updates on project progress.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Support junior engineers and team members with technical guidance.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical.
5+ years of relevant experience in power and utility projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s power and utility sector regulations.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
