Business Analyst KSA

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our KSA team.

Reporting to the KSA Sales and Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for all end-to end- order processing (both online and from our partners) in KSA. You will work closely with both the KSA and UAE Sales Teams and our UAE based Online team.

We are looking for someone with exceptionally advanced EXCEL skills and who genuinely enjoys the challenge of managing the entire ordering process. We use SAP, so previous SAP experience would be a significant advantage.

About The Role (Key Responsibilities)

· You will be responsible for:

· Managing the entire end-to-end order process including:

o Identifying and proactively solving problems as they arise.

o Prioritize orders as they come in via different sources (sales team/ online

Work closely with retailers- update retail prices as needed.

Qualifications

About You

You will be/ have:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role in a corporate environment.

• Advanced Excel skills (skilled in Pivot/ Look Up tables)

• SAP / Power BI experience is a significant advantage.

• High attention to detail.

• The ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Strong analytical skills/ problem solving.

• High levels of communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with a variety of stakeholders at different levels.

• Demonstrated prioritization and planning skills.
