Embark on a journey with us as a Banquet and Outside Catering Operation Manager at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This role requires someone who will be responsible for overseeing the banquet and outside catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

A little of your day-to-day:

• Plan and coordinate all banquet and catering events, ensuring smooth operations.

• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.

• Manage and train banquet staff to deliver high-quality service.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus.

• Maintain inventory and ensure all supplies are available for events.

• Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of events.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in banquet and catering management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
