SUMMARY OF ROLE

Data Analytics Specialist is responsible to collect data from organization wide various data sources and generate reports dedicated for respective KPIs. A successful candidate needs the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple initiatives at once. This individual also need to be able to make decisions quickly and adjust work as priorities change. This position reports to the Process Improvement Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect data from Salesforce, Qliksense, Cornerstone, PowerBI, Slack platforms.

  • Able to run SQL query to pull reference data from multiple data sources.

  • Generate weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.

  • Perform Data analysis using JMP and Excel tools.

  • Able to create user friendly KPI dashboards.

  • Validate data accuracy with respect to problem statement or KPI.

  • Create SOPs, work instruction, process mapping, flowchart, control plan, policies, reports, etc.

  • Communicates effectively at various levels within the organization. Assists team members in the creation of technical communication materials

  • Participate in current and future process mapping activities.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 3 years of related experience.

  • Proficient with MS Office applications, data analysis (JMP or Minitab), Saleforce, PowerBI,

  • Strong SQL query and data analysis skill.

  • Experience in Qliksense and Cornerstone

  • Have worked with cross-functional environment and demonstrated successful collaboration.

  • Able to work between 9AM-6PM CST

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

  • This is an FTE position.

  • Candidate must be willing to work in Binan Laguna

  • Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines.

  • Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)

  • Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region.

  • Candidate will be on flexible work arrangement (combination of onsite and remote work) (if applicable depending on the nature of the job)

  • Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
