Are you a natural multitasker, eager to take the lead in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Reservations Supervisor to join our exceptional hotel team and ensure our guests have a seamless booking experience.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while providing outstanding customer service. Managing a team of reservation agents, your role will involve overseeing the booking process, resolving any issues or conflicts, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all reservations.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of reservation agents to provide exceptional service to our guests.

  • Monitor and supervise the reservation process, ensuring accuracy in detail and timely responses to customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and seamless guest experiences.

  • Handle any escalated customer concerns or complaints, providing quick and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Maintain and update reservation databases and systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel reservations department.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation management software.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

  • Flexible schedule, including the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
