Job Description

Estée Lauder Companies is proud to announce the opening of its inaugural The Cosmetics Company Store (TCCS) at the new Manawa Bay Premium Outlet in Auckland, launching in September 2024. This premier destination promises an unparalleled shopping experience just minutes away from Auckland Airport. Featuring a wide array of ELC brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, M.A.C, Jo Malone London, Bobbi Brown, and Aveda, shoppers can indulge in exclusive savings within a vibrant retail environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including sales management, inventory control, and event planning. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

About you:

· Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.

· Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing sales and inventory data.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

· Plan and coordinate promotional events and other retail initiatives.
