• Analysis & Monitoring:

• Audit the unscheduled order bank, identifying and resolving orders with unmet requirements (e.g., missing options, compatibility errors).

• Track unassigned company inventory units to initiate invoicing.

• Generate and track payment requests for domestic unit transfers.

• Production Planning:

• Create weekly documentation for distributors outlining build constraints for each vehicle line.

• Implement weekly adjustments to vehicle line allocations based on the Scheduling Action Plan.

• Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Engineering

• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and production planning software

• Advances knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Desired knowledge of Basic Alteryx
