• Lead project launches/timelines with supplier and Ford functions to support launch timing targets.

• Work cross functionally with Engineering, Purchasing and Product teams to lead project launches for remanufactured/refurbished part programs.

• Build business case scenarios with input from the cost and product teams.

• Support open issues on projects as required.

• Provide support to the FCSD EV team on various projects.

• Experience in Microsoft Office suite (strong Excel skills)

• Willingness to learn new EV service processes

• General understanding of Dealership Retail Network Operations

• Previous experience in Customer Service Division preferred but not mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to problem solve

• Strong process background

• Strong Administrative skills
