Oracle Cloud Capacity Analyst in Mexico
Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and personable Reporting Analyst to join our Capacity Engineering Group. This role involves close collaboration with our data scientists in the SaaS Decision Support (SDS) Group to gather, create, and maintain essential reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, outstanding people skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with capacity engineers to gather requirements for new and existing reports.
Work with the SDS group to develop and create required reports.
Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of all reports, both new and existing.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand and meet reporting needs.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 - 7 years preferred) in a data analytics or reporting role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, OAC).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.
