Accountabilities:

1. Training support & Education Administration

• Translationof training materials from Global and material archive management

• Physicalpreparation for in-classroom training sessions

• Orderplacement and management of training products, testers and makeup tools

• Monitoringsatisfaction level of makeup artists towards training programs

2. How To Service (Makeup Lesson Service)Management

• Continuousupdate on How To service menu and related materials according to Global updates

• Developmentand execution of How To service encouragement programs with tracking theresults

• OnlineAppointment Booking system management and training for counter managers

• Monthlyanalysis on How To Service status

3. Digital Training

• Launchand management of e-learning platform for the brand

• Developmentand execution of e-learning platform activation programs among makeup artists

• Leadand management of social media event for makeup artists if any

• Continuousactivation of Facebook page for Specialist (makeup artists)

4. Reporting & Others

• Trackingrelevant KPIs of education team at a monthly basis (How To Service, e-learningplatform participation, key door fact sheet updates)

• Monthlyteam expense processing (e.g. creating shopping cart etc)

Qualifications

Education:

University-level

education

Experiences:

Min. 1-year

experience in education team or prestige cosmetic industry

Competencies:

• Excellentmulti-tasking ability

• GoodEnglish level to translate materials

• ExcellentCommunication skill

• Beproficient in administrative tasks/ responsibilities

• Skillfulin MS Office

• Detailoriented

• BuildsCollaborative Relationships
