Emerson Service Administrator in Japan
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
New customer registration and credit application support
Order processing after receiving a purchase order from a customer (input work such as Oracle for core systems) and related document
Sales processing and delivery note/invoice issuance / payment confirmation (acceptance) after the completion of service work (acceptance)
There are tasks such as spreadsheets and document creation, so MS Office skills are required.
In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting service management operations as a sub-business. (Support for existing service administrators)
Communicating work content to workers after order processing and schedule adjustment (using the core system)
Ordering products and parts from overseas factories, registering in the core system after receiving goods (with communication with the core system and e-mail)
Cooperation with overseas service bases (communication of in-house orders and work contents, communication with core systems and e-mails)
Who You Are:
- Seventy percent is sales office work and third percent is service management work.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Microsoft Office skill required.
English communication skill
Japanese native languages level
