Job Overview

Almost all of BD products are handled from inbound to release at 3PL (Third party logistics) distribution center in Japan.

Therefore BD has “Central function” teams .

These teams are manage 3PL distribution center operation in Japan.

And that include Transportation, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Quality function.

Among these, Central Quality is responsible for their operations from Quality perspective.

Main Responsibilities

・Connection of Quality Perspective between Nippon BD and MEDICON MAH(Marketing Authorization Holder) and 3PL.

・3PL management linked with Transportation, Logistics, Manufacturing functions

・QMS-compliant management and involvement, for document management, change management, market release management, nonconforming product management, HOLD support, return support, etc.

・Contact to overseas plants and distribution center in collaboration with MAH(Marketing Authorization Holder)

・Various data analysis

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate

Experience working in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within healthcare/medical device industries

7-15 years of experience preferred

3PL management experience preferred
