About the Role

As the product owner of our "SafetyPlus" contents, the person will take the roles and responsibilities as below as a Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole process of content creation, from planning to delivering.

• Manage the people and subcontractors of the team. (2+ members)

• Authors / KOL engagement. (Supervisors and lecturers of content)

• Manage cost management. (Budget planning and control)

• Handle product planning (including non-content side, such as technology, and business model

Requirements

• 5+ years of content development/direction experience: Online content production and/ or medical area are desirable. We also welcome Multimedia (video) content experience

• 3+ years of project management experience: Online content production and/ or medical area are desirable

• 3+ years of team management experience, including people and cost management

• Native-level Japanese and Business English skills (reading, writing, speaking)

• Above Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• We highly welcome those with 3+ years in a clinical setting, Medical qualifications, Business improvement and/or planning experience, and the usage of production progress management such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
