Detailed Description
Oracle is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Financial Analyst (Contractor) to work within their Tax & Treasury Project Management Office (PMO) team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. It includes PMO projects such as Bank charges reconciliation, preparing presentation for review meetings , variance analysis, periodic reporting, budget spent analysis by sub functions within the Tax & Treasury, spent by project analysis, urgent Ad-hoc reporting etc during the US Mountain time zone under administrative supervision of the Tax & Treasury PMO Senior Manager based out of Bangalore India. This includes,. The candidate must have professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.

Responsibilities
Qualification & Experience
B com /M.com in Finance is preferred. MS/MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Financial Analyst role
Experience in executing key Corporate Analysis like periodic reporting of financial metrics Budget Planning, Actual Spent Analysis, preparing Presentations etc
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible preparation of varia our financial reports and analysis
Budget Planning & Forecast
Actual Spent Analysis Vs Forecast and reporting to management on a monthly basis.
Schedule meeting with Business Verticals to collect information for supplier security review.
Schedule meeting with Suppliers to prepare the security review presentation.
Participation in Vertical Business Review Meeting with Tax & Treasury EVP
Preparation of Monthly Project wise spent analysis by Business Vertical
Ensure timely response to inquiries from the Tax and Treasury business team.
Manage the right balance of communication with the business team members and management team (Emails, Calls, Meetings).
Identify Process Improvement opportunities and being the change agent to bring in operations excellence.
