Oracle is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Financial Analyst (Contractor) to work within their Tax & Treasury Project Management Office (PMO) team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. It includes PMO projects such as Bank charges reconciliation, preparing presentation for review meetings , variance analysis, periodic reporting, budget spent analysis by sub functions within the Tax & Treasury, spent by project analysis, urgent Ad-hoc reporting etc during the US Mountain time zone under administrative supervision of the Tax & Treasury PMO Senior Manager based out of Bangalore India. This includes,. The candidate must have professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.

Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience

• B com /M.com in Finance is preferred. MS/MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Financial Analyst role

• Experience in executing key Corporate Analysis like periodic reporting of financial metrics Budget Planning, Actual Spent Analysis, preparing Presentations etc

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible preparation of varia our financial reports and analysis

• Budget Planning & Forecast

• Actual Spent Analysis Vs Forecast and reporting to management on a monthly basis.

• Schedule meeting with Business Verticals to collect information for supplier security review.

• Schedule meeting with Suppliers to prepare the security review presentation.

• Participation in Vertical Business Review Meeting with Tax & Treasury EVP

• Preparation of Monthly Project wise spent analysis by Business Vertical

• Ensure timely response to inquiries from the Tax and Treasury business team.

• Manage the right balance of communication with the business team members and management team (Emails, Calls, Meetings).

• Identify Process Improvement opportunities and being the change agent to bring in operations excellence.
