System Deployment and Configuration: Install, configure, and manage Windows servers, workstations, and related services.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure systems are optimized for efficiency and reliability.
Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues in Windows environments.
Security and Patch Management: Implement and manage security protocols, system updates, and patch management to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
Backup and Recovery: Manage backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting practices. Ensure systems meet compliance and security standards.
Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with network, security, and application teams to ensure Windows systems are properly integrated and functioning within the overall IT environment.
End-User Support: Provide advanced technical support to end-users for Windows-related issues.
· Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies. and AWS add on · Strong knowledge of system monitoring, security, and performance optimization. · Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. · Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. · Strong communication skills for collaboration and user support.
