Job Description
Job Overview:
Looking for Self-starters who are able to take initiative, have sound technical knowledge, to work in a fluid and dynamic environment, with opportunities to work grounds-up on Modern Java apps following an Agile development practice on Financial services domain
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other software developers.
Specify, design, and implement changes to existing software architecture to meet evolving requirements.
Ensure software solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance standards.
Present task status and details in various meetings.
Job Requirements:
Candidates Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Set-Up (Reporting to our office 2x-3x a week)
Hands-on Java experience (6 - 10 years) with a continued interest in writing code using micro service & eventing model development
Work on Technical design using UML modeling tools, Involve in proof of concept to validate solutions.
Create well-defined APIs and efficient business logic
Exposure to code coverage & Security scanning Tools ( ex - Sonarqube, Fortify)
Develop automated JUnits to test the services, involve in Performance testing & fixing.
Fix JIRA defects assigned internal and customers
Responsible for managing automated provisioning for the developed micro service(ex - Maven/Jenkins/Gradle)
Experience in Financial services domain.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills to participate in the executive presentation, solution design documentation, status reporting et all.
10 Strong exposure to Design and Critical thinking.
Take self-responsibility on picking up assignments.
Collaboration across different teams and geographies.
Primary
A. Strong coding experience JAVA / J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices,JPA, JSON, JAX-RS, JWT (optional), OAuth2.0
B. Worked on Web services/SOA/REST/HTTP, Microservices, Eventing frameworks
C. Conversant with IDE Tools such as Eclipse, Netbeans and Modeling Tools of UML
D. Experience in working with Oracle Database Tools and administration.
E. Experience on JUnit, JMeter tools
F. Exposure to Financial services/Banking domain
G. Excellent writing and oral in English
Secondary
a. Practiced Agile Development and knowledge of Tools such as Confluence/JIRA
b. Experience using Docker, Maven, Jenkins, Gradle,Kubernetes, ELK
c. Experience in tools such as Selenium, GIT, JIRA, Confluence
d. Exposure to Sonarqube, Fortify Tools
