Areas of Responsibility

• To look after general Administration of the plant.

• Responsibility for timely delivery of products as per the rolling forecast (RFC).

• To ensure that the cost of operations are within the approval budget.

• Review and approval of QMS documents such as change controls, events/market complaints, annual product quality reviews.

• To review and approve the MIS reports before they are submitted to the management.

• Approval of purchase requisitions/orders of administrative expenses, machineries and change spare parts.

• Liasioning with governments agencies for compliance of the plant with various rules and regulations.

• Supporting production, warehouse, EHS, Engineering, QA and QC in implementation of policies and guidelines.

• Approvals of Contract agreements for scraps, canteen, transport, security and labour contractors.

• Review of SOPs and qualifications documents.

• To make annual revenue and Capex budgets
