As Risk Advisory Expert – ERP within our Digital Risk & Compliance, your responsibilities include assisting product teams in the execution of risk profiles, implementing controls, developing risk management and action plans across various risk and compliance areas, and supporting audit, inspection, and assurance activities.

Main responsibilities: -

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Digital / Business leaders to obtain strategic guidance to effectively manage key digital risks.

  • Empower Digital / Business solution owners to adopt self-service processes and provide consultative support during execution of risk profiles, controls implementation, developing risk management and action plans across various risk and compliance areas.

  • Provide advisory support to Digital / Business to successfully manage audits, inspections & controls assurance while minimizing productivity impacts.

  • Ensure that Sanofi Digital is aware of compliance requirements to build a culture of risk and compliance proficiency.

About you

  • Experience: Strong ERP system and process knowledge & experience.

  • Hands on knowledge of IT lifecycle approaches (including Agile practices); experience in systems validation and required controls to mitigate risks to compliance.

  • Understanding of relevant life sciences IT risk domains and controls (e.g., GxP, Privacy, Cyber Security, SOX).

  • Digital/IT risk management consulting experience a strong plus.

  • Practical experience using Life Cycle management tools is a plus.

  • Audit / QA / inspection experience is a strong plus.

  • Process optimization / standardization is a strong plus.

  • Soft skills : Stakeholder relationship management (strong interpersonal skills)

  • Adaptability to a changing and highly dynamic work environment

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to effectively influence and make decisions, in a global setting.

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, including ability to effectively educate various audiences on risk & compliance training and learning management topics.

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or Digital/IT discipline with 4+ years of experience in Quality Management, Computerized Systems compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy, Cyber), or Information Technology contributing to regulated projects or system lifecycle activities.

  • Languages: Fluent in English.
