Job Description: Quality Control Trainer

As a Quality Control Trainer, your role is pivotal in ensuring that employees possess the necessary skills to maintain quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development :

Collaborate with quality control experts to design comprehensive training modules.

Create engaging content related to quality control processes, analytical techniques, and compliance.

  • Training Delivery :

Conduct training sessions for quality control technicians and analysts.

Cover topics such as sampling, testing, documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

  • Unit Operations Expertise :

In-depth understanding of quality control methods (e.g., HPLC, dissolution testing, stability studies).

Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Quality Assurance Integration :

Emphasize the link between quality control and overall product quality.

Train employees on error prevention, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Continuous Improvement :

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and quality enhancement.

Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adapt as needed.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience of 8-10+ years withinquality control in Pharma industry, with experience or passion fortraining.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, WHO).

  • Relevant technical degree or certification (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor).
