Your goal will be to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce by collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, leveraging your Salesforce expertise, and applying change management strategies.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies to ensure successful Salesforce adoption, utilizing innovative techniques and tools.

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales enablement and functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to global standards for Salesforce communication and change capabilities.

  • Leverage Trailhead and gamification techniques to boost user engagement, facilitate Salesforce adoption, and increase user proficiency.

  • Develop & maintain comprehensive training materials, including videos and e-learnings, to ensure thorough user understanding and effective training.

  • Conduct detailed Salesforce walkthroughs and hands-on sessions to facilitate better understanding and usage among stakeholders.

  • Identify, track, and analyze key indicators of Salesforce adoption and business outcomes to measure success and inform continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and identify opportunities to enhance business value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication.

Qualifications - External

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including managing Salesforce projects.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

  • Proven experience in communication and change management strategies, including the application of innovative techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.

Nice to Have

  • MBA from top-tiered institute.

  • Salesforce certifications.

  • Experience leading or mentoring team members.
