The People Services Tech Solutions team is a team of experts that helps Operations through global technologies such as Workday, Appical, Peakon, iLearn (our CSOD LMS).

This position is part of the iLearn Operations Support, Processes & Expertise (OSPE)

Team (composed of 5 Operations managers) which is covering the iLearn Operations including Learner support tickets (level 2) management, Customers requests related to ilearn Catalog management, technical and complex projects related to iLearn.

What you will be doing:

In alignment with our mission, we seek for a passionate & dynamic “iLearn Business System analyst & Project manager” who will work closely with many different stakeholders (Learning groups representatives (such as Academies), Global Learning COE and functionality team) developing and maintaining good knowledge on how our LMS is configured and used for Sanofi Business purposes in order to best conduct projects (service and process improvement, new perimeters integration, testing…).

This role provides an opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with diverse business teams, working in a dynamic team, and fully empowered to propose and implement innovative ideas.

Main responsibilities: -

  • Act as a POC: Consult and support Business groups on projects.” in iLearn.

  • Is the primary point of contact for a specific set of GBU/GF learning groups representatives (authorized business requestors of LMS services) and maintains a good knowledge of their organization and learning context and requirements.

  • Provide them consulting (knowledge sharing) and support (run mode activities) in setting, evolving, assigning, and monitoring their training offer in iLearn.

  • Act as a Functional Subject Matter Expert

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Participation in CSOD and Sanofi initiated technical projects.

  • Evaluation and testing of improvements escalated.

  • Establish documentation for new features (update of GOPs to ensure the functional documentation reflects the implemented changes)

  • Attend community meetings and cascade information to appropriate levels.

  • Act as a Project manager for complex projects:

  • Work with GBU/GF learning groups representatives on complex projects. Collect the needs, propose adequate solutions and coordinate with vendor (or execute) the system administration activities related.

  • Participate to the second level of support to learners:

  • Contribute to iLearn Learner support improvement (knowledge base enrichment)

  • Provide support on tickets escalated from Learner Support.

About you

  • Expertise in Learning Management System administration, especially CSOD.

  • Strong project management skills & Strong customer orientation

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Rigorous and quality oriented

  • Multi-tasking and ability to self-organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Recognized team player.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global network and to be remotely managed.

  • Solid decision-making skills

  • Facilitation and training/coaching capabilities

  • Good communication (verbal/written skills)

  • Good command of English language

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information technology or other related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in learning processes and system administration.

  • Shared services center and vendor management experience.
