Job Description

As a member of the Support organization, our focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical inquiries regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.We are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and raised issues.

This position is for Oracle E-Business suite DBA Specialists who will be involved in the Database and EBS Suite administration.Candidate must have Oracle EBS 12.1, 12.2.X with experience of 6 to 10 years.

Candidate must possess the following mandatory and preferably, the desired skills.

Responsibilities

Database

Mandatory skills:

Troubleshooting performance tuning using AWR, ASH, ADDM, OEM SQL Analyzer

Backup Recovery Using different tools and strategy

Data Guard Configuration and troubleshooting

Database Patching PSU & standalone

Knowledge of RAC and troubleshooting

Desired skills:

PL/SQL knowledge

Troubleshooting and conceptual knowledge of 12c CDB/PDB Desired

EBS

Mandatory skills:

Installation of EBS 12.1.3, 12.2.x onwards

Cloning/Migration 12.1.3, 12.2.x cloning with a different approach, cross-platform migration

Performance Tuning of Concurrent manager, forms, reports, long-running queries

Patching using adop and patching

Multinode architecture Configuration of multinode architecture

Workflow Configuration and troubleshooting

Desired Skills:

Configuration of PCP, Concurrent Manager, load balancer, external node configuration, DMZ

WebLogic Troubleshooting and cluster configuration

Framework Troubleshooting

Others Shell scripts/Linux/Unix shell scripts, cronjobs and SQL scripts

It is an advantage if candidate has the hands-on for the following desired skills

Oracle cloud Architecture

Oracle ExaCC/ExaCS Patching and maintenance of grid infrastructure and database

Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

Custom code development, customizations.

Functional knowledge in Financials and SCM
