Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing customizations, extensions, and integrations to meet the organization's business requirements.

Job Description-

Responsibilities:

• Custom Development:

• Develop custom features, enhancements, and functionalities in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) using X++ and other development tools.

• Integration:

• Design and implement integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications.

• Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure D365 F&O modules to align with business requirements. Implement and extend standard functionalities.

• Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop and maintain reports and analytics using D365 F&O reporting tools, providing actionable insights into financial and operational data.

• Data Migration:

• Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data to D365 F&O.

• System Upgrades:

• Stay updated on the latest releases and features of D365 F&O. Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.

• Security and Compliance:

• Implement and manage security configurations, roles, and permissions in D365 F&O to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.

• Performance Optimization:

• Monitor and optimize the performance of D365 F&O solutions, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.

• Training:

• Provide training and support to end-users on new features, functionalities, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer.

• Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.

• Salesforce Exp and integration with D365 will be Plus for this position.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in X++ , Dynamic AX and D365 F&O development tools.

• Experience with Dynamic AX & D365 F&O reporting tools and data structures.

• Should know C#, SQL,

• Knowledge of integration techniques and data migration strategies.

• Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are highly desirable.

• Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
